Craig R. Lloyd is the founder and board chairman of Lloyd Companies, a leading development, real estate, construction, property management, and hospitality firm. Since its inception in 1972, he has expanded the company from a single property to a vast portfolio, including thousands of apartments and major mixed-use, office, and retail developments.
Craig, a licensed real estate broker in multiple states in the midwest, has overseen the development of over 10,000 apartment units, 2.8 million square feet of commercial space, and 700 acres of mixed-use land. His notable projects include Uptown at Falls Park, The Lumber Exchange, and The Steel District in Sioux Falls.
He has received numerous awards and held various leadership roles in industry associations and community organizations. Craig graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and serves on the boards of Augustana University and Dakota REIT.
