About Kent Cutler:

Kent Cutler, a Sioux Falls, South Dakota native, graduated from Southern Methodist University in 1988 with a degree in political science and history and earned his law degree from the University of South Dakota School of Law in 1991. After law school, he established a private practice in Sioux Falls and co-founded Cutler Law Firm, LLP in 1997, which has become one of the largest law firms in South Dakota. Recognized by Super Lawyers since 2014, Kent has had 15 cases reported by the South Dakota Supreme Court and 3 by the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Kent is also the President of Recreational Adventures Co., the largest KOA franchisee in the U.S., and manages his family's commercial land holdings in Sioux Falls. He serves on various community boards, including the Sioux Falls Development Foundation and the Sioux Falls Airport Authority. He is also on the Board of Directors for Enercept, Inc., a manufacturer of energy-efficient construction materials.
